Be a collaboration partner
An opportunity to share your story
In all our MDTs, we work with local guest speakers - our storytellers. Rather than giving formal presentations, these storytellers inspire participants through personal, authentic conversations about their lives and work experiences.

This personalized approach helps young people develop essential interpersonal skills, such as connecting and collaborating with people from different backgrounds. At the same time, each MDT highlights a key theme relevant to our storytellers and partners, creating meaningful dialogue and mutual impact.
01.
112 MDT
Through this MDT, we promote understanding and appreciation for emergency service professionals. The program also introduces young people to potential career paths within these vital organizations.
02.
Politie MDT
This program focuses specifically on the police. It fosters respect and appreciation for law enforcement and raises awareness among young people about the wide range of career opportunities in the field.
03.
Performing MDT
Together with our storytellers, we shine a light on skilled trades and professions, helping to strengthen appreciation for hands-on expertise. By putting these professionals, and their talents, in the spotlight, we celebrate their skill.
04.
MDT Cultuur & Kunst
Seniors experience a renewed sense of meaning and recognition through their interactions with young participants and expand their social connections by engaging with other storytellers.
Some words from out partners
It’s great for young people to gain a broader perspective on society and on the organizations that dedicate themselves to ensuring our country’s welfare and safety.
Commandant André van der Weide
"We really see the students grow throughout the program. The TINO team pays close attention to each participant’s needs and tailors the experience to both the group and the individual. That makes for a pleasant and truly rewarding collaboration.”
Remco, about his students from ROC Nijmegen
“I’m glad we’ve been able to give these students a broader understanding of the police — and to help break down some of the prejudices and barriers that existed before.”
Roy Kleinlangevelsloo,
Police Netherlands
